The Sanborn House is at the corner of High and Cambridge Streets in Winchester, Massachusetts. While the original mansion provided an impressive view from Cambridge Street, mature trees have limited that somewhat. The old Sanborn lawn is still a popular sledding site in the winter.

From Winchester Center: Go west on Church Street and continue straight through the light at Cambridge Street (US 3) onto High Street. Continue up the hill. Just at the crest of the hill and before the Ambrose school, turn right. The House shares parking with the Ambrose School.
